Charity biography

Terry Pratchett was diagnosed with a rare form of Alzheimer’s disease in December, 2007. He made a donation of $1 million to the Alzheimer’s Research Trust in March, 2008.

Pratchett is also a trustee for the for the Orangutan Foundation UK, an organization dedicated to the conservation of the species.
