The band includes Darius Rucker, Mark Bryan, Dean Felber, Jim Sonefeld and touring members
Peter Holsapple and Gary Greene.

They established the Hootie and the Blowfish Foundation in 2000 to help children in South Carolina through education, and support school music programs nationwide.

Hootie & The Blowfish built houses in New Orleans for five days of at the Musicians’ Village, from October 16-20, 2006.
