Angela Simmons – co-founder of Pastry, designer and star of MTV’s Run’s House – unveiled a daring new advertisement for PETA at the Paramount Hotel in Manhatten last night.

“I really want people to know what happens to animals … Animals have feelings, and I think it’s important we take action,” Angela explains. Angela believes that God’s creatures deserve love and compassion and wants to raise awareness about the billions of cows, pigs, chickens, and other animals suffering on factory farms.

The She Cares Foundation will hold its second annual Celebrity Basketball Game this weekend, featuring Vanessa Simmons, Angela Simmons and Rob Kardashian.

The event – which takes place on September 4 at the Walter Pyramid at Cal State Long Beach – will help She Cares, which assists independant mothers that are working hard and struggling to be successful.
