  <title>Celebrities Help The Environment At The Tony Awards</title>
  <description>Home appliance leader LG Electronics &lt;span class="caps"&gt;USA&lt;/span&gt;, with assistance from stars from the stage and screen, including Tony Award winners Scarlett Johansson and Viola Davis, as well as Helen Mirren, Sean Hayes, Nathan Lane, Raquel Welch, Kristin Chenoweth and the band Green Day helped make the Great White Way &amp;#8220;green&amp;#8221; at the 64th Annual Tony Awards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As the premier sponsor of The Official Talent Gift Lounge backstage at The Tony Awards, LG pledged to donate an ultra energy efficient washer and dryer to a Broadway theater in the name of each visitor to the Lounge. In cooperation with Broadway Green Alliance (&lt;span class="caps"&gt;BGA&lt;/span&gt;), LG will outfit all 45 Broadway theaters with new laundry pairs, among the most energy efficient washers on the market, to drastically reduce energy and water usage for years to come.

  <title>Meryl Streep's Doubt For Actors Fund</title>
  <description>The Actors Fund of America is holding a special screening of the movie &lt;em&gt;Doubt&lt;/em&gt;, and invites you to join the film&amp;#8217;s stars Meryl Streep, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Amy Adams, and Viola Davis to raise money for their cause.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Doubt&lt;/em&gt; – to be released in December – is based on John Patrick Stanley&amp;#8217;s Pulitzer Prize winning play about a priest&amp;#8217;s relationship with a black student in the 1960&amp;#8217;s.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The screening will take place at the Paris Theatre in New York on December 7, with a special reception afterwards. Proceeds will go towards the Actors Fund&amp;#8217;s mission to help professionals in performing arts and entertainment who are in need or crisis.
