On Friday 15th March, there was a special edition of the Alan Titchmarsh Show in the UK dedicated to The Prince's Trust.

The show celebrated the fantastic work The Trust does in transforming young lives.

The show was a great opportunity to showcase six inspirational young people who have turned their lives around with the support of The Trust, giving a fascinating insight into their lives and throwing a spotlight on each of their fantastic achievements.

Rowan Atkinson To Headline Prince's Trust Comedy Gala

Rowan Atkinson, Jimmy Carr, Miranda Hart and E4 comedy trio The Midnight Beast are among the acts taking to the Royal Albert Hall stage for The Prince's Trust comedy gala 2012 – We Are Most Amused, supported by Novae.

This comedy extravaganza will take place on Wednesday 28th November, and will raise vital funds for The Trust.

Supporters of The Prince’s Trust collaborating at the gala include Stephen K Amos, Sanjeev Bhaskar, Omid Djalili, Milton Jones, Patrick Kielty, Helen Lederer and Justin Lee Collins, with more acts to be announced in the coming weeks.

Pete Doherty To Get His Kit On For Celebrity Charity Soccer

The latest line up has been announced for this year’s Celebrity Soccer Six events at Charlton Athletic Football Club on Bank Holiday Monday May 30th and Burnley Football Club on Sunday June 5th.

Taking part at Charlton are newly reformed rock Gods The Darkness, Eurovision hopefuls Blue, Soccer AM, The Sun and recent Jessie J support act Encore. The Burnley Soccer Six event will feature multi platinum selling singer, rapper and actor Plan B, Libertines frontman Pete Doherty, stars from The Only Way is Essex, Hollyoaks and Coronation Street.

Lining up at both of this year’s Soccer Six events are X Factor champ Shayne Ward, East London actor Danny Dyer and stars from Waterloo Road, Dancing on Ice, X Factor, Britain’s Got Talent and I’m a Celebrity…

Omid Djalili To Be Quiz Master For Charity

Award-winning comedian and actor Omid Djalili has accepted a new role as QuizAid Master for Christian Aid's first ever Twitter Quiz.

Omid will host a live online quiz held on his Twitter page (omid9) on 6 September at 12.30pm to launch this year’s QuizAid.
