Celebrity Doodles To Go Under The Hammer At Charity Event   Oct 31, 2011

On Thursday, November 3, 2011 at 6:00 p.m., colorful and original signed works of art, or “doodles,” created by actors, artists, politicians, and sports icons will be auctioned off at “Doodle For Hunger XII,” the annual charity auction hosted by St. Francis Food Pantries and Shelters, which feed and shelter over nine thousand underprivileged families in New York each week.

Stars such as Whoopi Goldberg, Harvey Keitel, Eli Wallach and Yogi Berra will join brokers in conducting real, live trades. 100% of the commissions raised on the day will go to charities such as Blythedale Children’s Hospital, Books for Kids Foundation, Cancer Research Institute, NARSAD Mental Health Research, Project FIND and the Wounded Warrior Project.
