  <title>Stars To Come Out For Nordoff Robbins Christmas Carols</title>
  <description>Now in its 15th year, the annual Nordoff Robbins Christmas Carol Service is one of the most popular events on the fundraising calendar, bringing together family, friends and supporters in a celebration of music at a special time of year.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This year&amp;#8217;s event, which is generously sponsored by Coutts, will take place in the beautiful St Luke&amp;#8217;s Church in London on Wednesday 14th December and will be dedicated to Willie Robertson, founding supporter of Nordoff Robbins. &lt;br /&gt;

  <description>A host of British stars &amp;#8211; including Simon Cowell, James Corden and Davina McCall &amp;#8211; were spotted out-and-about at a special charity event in London last night to honor some unsung children&amp;#8217;s champions.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;With performances by Alexandra Burke and Peter André, The News Of The World Children&amp;#8217;s Champions Awards 2011 honored those people &amp;#8211; voted by the public &amp;#8211; who have done a brilliant, unsung job for children.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In association with Barnardo&amp;#8217;s and The Post Office, judges included Manchester United and England giant Rio Ferdinand, Gavin and Stacey star James Corden , singer and I&amp;#8217;m A Celeb favourite Stacey Solomon, pop pin-up Peter Andre, &lt;span class="caps"&gt;BBC&lt;/span&gt; sports icon Gary Lineker, Dancing on Ice judge and former Spice Girl Emma Bunton and Olympic supremo Lord Sebastian Coe.

  <title>Sport Relief Brings In The Charity Cash</title>
  <description>Britain has just hosted a weekend of sport and entertainment to benefit Sport Relief&amp;#8217;s work helping vulnerable people &amp;#8211; and a whole bunch of celebrities were involved.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The weekend kicked off with the Sport Relief TV Extravaganza on &lt;span class="caps"&gt;BBC&lt;/span&gt; One and Two on Friday night, hosted by Richard Hammond, Davina McCall and others. The show raised an unbelievable £31.6 million for charity, and featured appearances by Annie Lennox, Robbie Williams, Emma Bunton, Cheryl Cole, Andy Murray, Kylie Minogue and many others. David Beckham even got warm and cosy in the bath with comedian James Corden in a special comedy sketch filmed especially for the event.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Michael Parkinson also took part in an episode of &lt;em&gt;Ashes to Ashes&lt;/em&gt;, and there were special charity episodes of TV shows such as &lt;em&gt;Masterchef&lt;/em&gt;.

  <title>Michelle Williams To Headline Ndoro Children's Charities Event</title>
  <description>Fashion designers and entertainers are joining forces to raise much needed funds for children in Zimbabwe, at the inaugural Ndoro Children&amp;#8217;s Charities fund-raising gala evening at The Dorchester, London on 17th September, 2009.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;#8220;The situation in Zimbabwe is critical. One in four children are orphans due to the Aids crisis, and with the economic crisis and political unrest, it is tragic state of affairs. We are a small charity focused on making a better life for children all over the world,&amp;#8221; says Ronald Ndoro, Operations Manager and son of the founder Roseline Ndoro.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The gala night combines music and fashion and highlights including music from Michelle Williams of Destiny&amp;#8217;s Child, Nate Evans&amp;#8217; The Temptations, Mutya Buena and The London Community Gospel Choir. They will also be joined by Headphones &amp;amp; Heels, girl-team DJs.
