Nana Mouskouri

Nana Mouskouri is a singer born in Greece, and made a Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF in 1993.

As part of her work for UNICEF, Mouskouri traveled to Bosnia to draw attention to children affected by the Bosnian war. As a result of her experiences, she organized a series of benefit concerts in Sweden and Belgium.

In January 2008, Mouskouri donated $10,000 from the ticket sales of her shows in Korea to help Taeran residents affected by a massive oil spill.
