Duke organised Ante Up For Africa with Don Cheadle.
The poker pro taught a Texas Hold’em tutorial and mini tournament at the 2007 Ladies First Celebrity Golf Classic in support of the Women's Sports Foundation.
Annie played at the 2006 Head To Hollywood charity event organized by Carmen Electra and Ken Baker. A lesson with Duke was auctioned off in their fundraiser. The event brings people with brain cancer to Hollywood for a red carpet experience.
