Charlotte is a patron of the Topsy Foundation.
She designed a limited edition T-shirt for clothing retailer Dorothy Perkins’s 2006 The Little Tee campaign for national charity Breast Cancer Care.
She has also been a long time and very visible supporter of the Noah's Ark Appeal to build a children’s hospital in Wales.
