Elly Jackson is the lead singer of electro-pop duo La Roux. Not only is she known for her distinctive voice, but her red hair and individual fashion sense have also earnt her the spot-light.
Although Elly is often referred to as ‘La Roux’, she is quick to point out that she is only one half of the band, she just happens to be the front man. La Roux became a run-away success in Britain, 2009 with ‘In For The Kill’ and their success quickly grew in the States as well, with their third single ‘Bullet-proof’ which reached #1 in the UK and #8 in America’s ‘Billboard Hot 100’ chart.
Elly recently donated items to Little Kids Rock to be auctioned off.
