Leo/Lionel Messi is an Argentine footballer who currently plays for FC Barcelona and the Argentina national team.

In 2007 Messi established Fundacion Leo Messi, a charity supporting access to education and health care for vulnerable children.

In 2010 he was made a UNICEF ambassador.
