Springboard For Children: Celebrity Supporters

Life in school is hard for those who struggle to read or write and the long term prospects are extremely limited for the illiterate.

Springboard for Children is a charity working in socially and economically disadvantaged areas alongside school children who struggle to read and write. Many of these children are facing failure and frustration every day simply because they cannot grasp basic literacy skills. Their dedicated school-based centres provide one-to-one literacy tuition and mentoring to help these children recognise and unlock their true potential, and move on to a brighter future.
