The Hollywood Note Foundation is a nonprofit organization created to further promote and contribute to the global philanthropic endeavors of the Hollywood community. Through it’s premiere fundraising effort – the Change the World Humanitarian Awards Gala – the Hollywood Note Foundation bestows honors upon those Hollywood entities that do the most to improve our world.
