Summary

Begun as a citywide pilot project that targeted youth in Philadelphia in order to reduce the spread of HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs)

Offers youths programs such as day outreach, drop-in center and activities, youth support and discussion groups, peer-led workshops and leadership development training, Safety Counts Intervention & Safety Counts Outreach
