Let’s face it: we’re all nerds. WONKA, the maker of NERDS candy, has announced that more than 10,000 fans have joined NERDS Unite! in a nationwide stand against bullying.

To commemorate National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month in October, and to celebrate the success of the first-ever “NERDS Unite!” anti-bullying campaign, WONKA also revealed results from a new national survey that asked 1,000 teens and young adults about their views around bullying and personal identity.

Nick recently took some time out to shed light on the important subject of Bullying and those affected by it. His new video “Die Young” was introduced on BET’s 106 & Park last week and it’s already a big hit. Stars To STOMP Out Bullying At Z100 Jingle Ball

Z100, New York’s Hit Music Station, has unveiled the star-studded line-up and special guest presenters for the annual holiday concert Z100’s Jingle Ball 2011, presented by Aeropostale, which will take place on Friday, December 9, 7:30 p.m. ET at Madison Square Garden.

Mayor Bloomberg has issued a special proclamation officially declaring December 9, 2011 Z100’s Jingle Ball Day in New York City.

Late last week, Demi Lovato joined Z100’s JJ at Aeropostale’s Times Square store to make the official announcement of the all-star lineup for Z100’s Jingle Ball, which includes: Lady Gaga, Pitbull, Kelly Clarkson, David Guetta, LMFAO, Foster the People, Gym Class Heroes and Hot Chelle Rae. Special guest hosts will include: Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian Odom, Lamar Odom and Karmin, with more to be announced.

Stars Help STOMP Out Bullying

As October is National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month, STOMP Out Bullying – the signature program of Love Our Children USA – announces its annual bullying prevention activities to raise awareness to end the epidemic of bullying.

On October 3rd, the country and many across the globe joined STOMP Out Bullying in it Third Annual BLUE SHIRT DAY – WORLD DAY OF BULLYING PREVENTION where students, schools, and others wore blue shirts in solidarity to STOMP Out Bullying. The day was most successful as hundred of thousands went blue across the globe.

Teen celebrities Bella Thorne, Willow Shields, Joey King, Mark Indelicato, Cassie Steele, Olesya Rulin, Alexz Johnson, Taylor Spreitler, Y I Yell!, Payton Rae and Savannah Outen tweeted about the day and are involved in a month-long social media campaign to promote the organizations prevention activities with its sponsor Customink.

A diverse flock of models, musicians, soap stars and socialites joined forces in support of A Night of Fashion for a Cause to benefit STOMP Out Bullying in NYC.

The blue carpet outside Chelsea hotspot The Ainsworth was populated with many familiar faces on Tuesday night as a variety of celebrities – from supermodels to boy band icons – took a stand against teen bullying in support of Love Our Children USA and its signature program, STOMP Out Bullying.

“The number of tragic suicides as a result of bullying and cyber-bullying is heartbreaking,” Ross Ellis, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of STOMP Out Bullying, said in the organization’s press release. “These tragedies are a wake-up call to parents and our schools to educate our youth about kindness and respect and to teach them both values and morals online and in person.”
