http://www.looktothestars.org/charity/209-haven-foundation en-us 40 The latest news about celebrity good deeds and charity involvement <p><em><small>Written by <a href="http://www.looktothestars.org/contributor/1-steve-purcell">Steve Purcell</a></small></em></p> <p>&#8220;Harry Potter&#8221; author <a href="http://www.looktothestars.org/celebrity/171-jk-rowling">JK Rowling</a> is set to join celebrated authors <a href="http://www.looktothestars.org/celebrity/173-stephen-king">Stephen King</a> and John Irving at a charity reading in New York this August.</p> <p>The event will benefit King&#8217;s own charity, the <a href="http://www.looktothestars.org/charity/209-haven-foundation">Haven Foundation</a>, and the international humanitarian organisation <a href="http://www.looktothestars.org/charity/208-doctors-without-borders">Doctors Without Borders</a>.
