Emmy-award winning musician and philanthropist Peter Buffett has teamed up with UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador and Grammy award-winning musician Angélique Kidjo, to release “A Song For Everyone” on February 12. 100% of proceeds from the sale of the song will benefit the Batonga Foundation, an organization founded by Angelique to advance education for girls in Africa.

Last September, Suns Forward Amaré Stoudemire took a trip to Africa to help make a difference for communities in need.

The basketball superstar – well known for his humanitarian efforts – visited Sierra Leone on behalf of his foundation, Each 1, Teach 1, and the Zee Community Development Foundation. Aside from donating money to rehabilitate water wells, Amare actually took a hands-on approach in fixing the wells, which give communities clean water.
