Stars Get Ready For A Dream Halloween

Get out your best Halloween costume for children affected by AIDS this weekend.

The Children Affected by AIDS Foundation will be holding its 15th annual Dream Halloween event in Los Angeles on Saturday, October 25. The party follows two similar fundraising events in Chicago and New York last week, and will feature a whole bunch of your favorite stars in weird, whacky, and hopefully scary costumes as they celebrate the season to be frightened.

Hosted by Jamie Lee Curtis, the event will honor Jada Pinkett Smith and Willow Smith, and is being chaired by Wilmer Valderrama, Jason Priestley, Melina Kanakaredes, and Doris Roberts.

“World-wide there are more than two million children living with HIV and an additional 15 million who have been orphaned due to AIDS,“ said Joe Cristina, founder of CAAF. “Events like Dream Halloween Los Angeles allow us to raise critical funds to support these children in need. Our gracious sponsors, event attendees, performers and volunteers have helped us to raise more than $30 million since our inception in 1993.”

This year’s Dream Halloween Los Angeles takes place at the Barker Hangar in the Santa Monica Air Center from 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm. More information can be found at the CAAF website.
