  <title>Billy Joel - A Philanthropic Man</title>
  <description>Billy Joel is back with his first new song since 1994 – sort of. The 58-year-old singer has made a triumphant return with &amp;#8220;Christmas in Fallujah&amp;#8221;, a protest song about the war in Iraq, with proceeds going to charity.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;#8220;I guess [it&amp;#8217;s] just a cumulative effect of this war,&amp;#8221; said the Grammy winning singer about how he came to write the song. &amp;#8220;We&amp;#8217;ve been there longer than World War II.
