Summary

Boost Mobile RockCorps is creating a national youth movement to encourage young people to volunteer time to their communities by introducing youth to service opportunities in their own neighborhood. Every volunteer who gives 4 hours of service receives a ticket to a concert. The more volunteering, the more tickets.
