Devonshire PALS is committed to a partnership between youth, the Devonshire LAPD and the community.

To fulfill this mission, they provide the youth of the area with enriching, rewarding and instructive experiences, thereby assisting in their development into mature, responsible adults. PALS strives to be an outstanding citizen in the community by “Giving Youth a Brighter Tomorrow”.
