Javier is a young and dynamic personal development trainer who has trained over 2000 people from different corporate companies, non-profit organisations, government ministry, schools and universities.
Having trained in many different programs with different companies, Javier brings with him the varied perspectives and styles of training for his clients. His background in psychology and NLP also propels him forward in terms of engaging the audience and helping them learn by asking carefully crafted questions.
He is a director and lead trainer of a personal development company and life coaching school, The School of Personal Excellence. On the other spectrum, he is the Founder and Managing Director of his own social enterprise, Amplitude Corporate-Social Consultancy Partners. Both companies based in Singapore but do extend operations within the South East and Asia regions.
As a coach, he has not only coached in Singapore but also in countries like Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia. As a lead trainer, Javier writes and develops workshop contents and customized programs, as well as teaching trainers to deliver them in the most interactive and engaging way.
One thing to note about Javier is when he was only 16, he survived a massive stroke. With his unrelenting willpower, he battled against all odds to walk and speak again. Along his road of recovery, he was afflicted with a seizure that left him paralysed from the neck down yet again. Never one to give up on life, he pressed on with courage and faith that he’ll get well. When he finally did, he did his degree in psychology, while doing training and coaching work, as well as sharing his life story to corporate companies, organisations and schools.
In the spirit of walking the talk, he is now on to doing expeditions to raise funds for the many social causes he is passionate about.
To fuel his passion in volunteering, non-profits and Social entrepreneurship, he has recently set up his own Social enterprise that is committed to promoting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and positive social good in Singapore and the region.
Javier specialises in delivering inspirational speeches. He trains in leadership development, public speaking and effective communication programs.
