In honor of Valentine’s Day, the ASPCA has teamed up with E! News Correspondent and star of “The Bachelorette” Ali Fedotowsky and her rescue pup Owen to launch a Cutest Couples Contest.

The winner will receive an ASPCA Tender Voices Paw & Heart Diamond Pendant valued at $265 and be featured on the ASPCA website. Entries will be accepted now through February 28, 2014.
