As reported last month by Look To The Stars, Annie Lennox will talk at the Scottish Festival of Politics next week on behalf of her Sing Campaign.

“We are looking forward to welcoming Annie to Holyrood this summer for our Festival of Politics as there is such a strong interest in her experiences with SING,” said a Scottish parliament spokeswoman. “Our full program launches on July 6 and we are confident that it will be a successful 5th year where politics meets the people.”

Lennox’s presentation – in which she will talk about her personal experience of HIV/AIDS in Africa, and the action that we can all take in fighting the pandemic – will take place at 1pm in the main chamber of the Scottish Parliament. Tickets are £6, and are available here. The event will also be webcast live via holyrood.tv.
