Miley Cyrus is giving her fans the chance to buy her clothes straight from her closet in a new charity auction.
Set to begin on December 3, all proceeds will go to Get Ur Good On, a social network that brings together children and youth to support each other in the mission to do good in their communities.
Miley Cyrus recently partnered with Youth Service America to create Get Ur Good On, which offers an online community for youth to discover what needs fixing in the world, information on how to get involved, and showcases their work in schools and communities through photos, videos, and blogs. The site links Miley Cyrus’ star power with youth voice, giving kids an opportunity to demonstrate how one person can make a difference.
Youth Service America (YSA) improves communities by increasing the number and the diversity of young people, ages 5-25, serving in substantive roles. Founded in 1986, YSA supports a global culture of engaged youth committed to a lifetime of service, learning, leadership, and achievement. The impact of YSA’s work through service and service-learning is measured in student achievement, workplace readiness, and healthy communities.

Perry County KY residents have been without water since before Christmas. Sure helping Haiti is GREAT but we have US citizens in our OWN STATE who have been without water since before Christmas. They have no celebrity spokesman, no political pull, it's not sexy for anyone to say they are helping their cause so there they sit, still without water. There is NO REASON in a developed country like the United States this should go on this long. Haiti will have running water before Perry County has running water - local media and celebrities from this area need to take just one fraction of the resources being used to cover Haiti and foreign causes and work to get them some HELP and bring attention to THEIR plight
