Last week, LookToTheStars.org brought you the news that the ball used in the FIFA World Cup final between Spain and the Netherlands was being auctioned for charity. We can now report that the ball raised $74,000.

The money will go to Nelson Mandela's 46664 charity, to promote education and training in Africa, research into the socio-economic challenges of development in Africa, education and relief of poverty of children, and the support of programs that mitigate the impact of the HIV AIDS pandemic.
