Amy Roloff, star of TLC’s hit show Little People Big World and celebrated author, and the Amy Roloff Charity Foundation proudly announce Special Olympics Oregon as an additional beneficiary to their 2nd annual dinner and celebrity charity golf tournament, Starry Night, Summer’s Day.
Attendees and participants will be able to hob knob with celebrities while raising needed funds for Special Olympics Oregon and Portland’s Shriners Hospital for Children. Those interested in registering for the event as an attendee, sponsor and/or donor can register online here.
“In 2009 I formed the Amy Roloff Charity Foundation,” states celebrity charity founder Amy Roloff. “Special Olympics Oregon is a truly wonderful organization that has done so much for individuals in the Oregon community with intellectual disabilities and I am thrilled to have Special Olympics Oregon join us as a beneficiary of the ARCF¹s celebrity dinner and golf event.”

It always warms my heart to learn about various organisations doing their share to give back to the community. And even better, it seems that more and more individuals or groups are helping such organisations in meeting their goals. Anyway, thank you for this article. I learned lots and it also helps me realise that I have lots to be thankful for.
