Debra Wilson and a number of MMA champions will be among the famous faces at the 1st annual Fighting For A Cause event in Hollywood on February 19.
The event aims to raise funds for the Knock Out Dog Fighting program, and will see professional boxers and MMA fighters come together for the cause.
Knock Out Dog Fighting is a nonprofit organization program that is a one-of-a kind award-winning youth intervention program that has become a national leader in stopping cruelty and abuse to both humans and animals.
The mission of the Knock Out Dog Fighting program is to create positive change by knocking out cruelty and abuse in all its forms; animal, child, spousal and elder. They have mobilized the boxing, MMA and combat sports communities to join them in the fight to protect those that can’t protect themselves and to knock out cruelty and abuse in their communities.
The event takes place at The Falcon Hollywood at 7213 Sunset Blvd. Check out the flyer below for more info.

I'm so glad this issue is getting attention, it's disturbing. I am an animal lover and spend a lot of time either with my furry friends or helping others that are not as fortunate. I've got the Animal Planet on most of the time as well as Discovery due to the fact that there is always something to learn. These channels are important to me and anyone fighting to help them are also close to my heart. It's especially great when the faces of America today reach out there stature to aid in some of the most destructive activities ever imagined. Recently I got a Sling Adapter through work at Dish Network so I could have all my animal programming with me when I travel for work. This actually is a pretty regular thing so it's really helpful. I get all my live programming if i need it as well as DVR events and online content. It's great to have a complete product that helps out with the needs that my lifestyle presents. When I'm home, I volunteer at multiple animal shelters and try to make even a little difference in the lives of those who can not do this for themselves. We have such an obligation to these creatures since it is our fault they are in the positions they are.
