Ashley Argota will be one of the teenage stars attending this weekend’s Dream Magazine Summer Kick-Off Event and Fashion Show benefiting Cystic Fibrosis sufferer Caley Camarillo.

Come down to The Painted Nail, 13327 Ventura Blvd, Sherman Oaks, at 1pm on Sunday, May 22, and have fun! Goodie Girls will be there with ample supply of FREE cupcakes! There will also be tasty treats from Tasty Clouds Cotton Candy, Mini Doughnuts, and so much more!!!

Joining Ashley Argota at the event will be Nicole Anderson (Jonas LA), Kenton Duty (Shake It Up), Caroline Sunshine (Shake It Up), Jasmine V (Singer), Tiffany Espensen (Hop), Davis Cleveland (Shake It Up), Emily Grace Reaves (The Hannah Montana Movie), Taylar Hender (Judy Moody and the Not So Bummer Summer), Jadin Gould (Battle: LA), Pink E Swear, Elsie Fisher (Despicable Me), Mackenzie Aladjem (Nurse Jackie) and many more!

The event will benefit Caley Camarillo, who lives with a rare & terminal lung disease called Cystic Fibrosis. CF causes an abnormally thick layer of mucus to form in the lungs leading to chronic, progressive & life threatening infections. The mucus also affects the digestive system causing poor digestion & absorption of food which in turn leads to poor growth and malnutrition. Caley is slowly approaching double-lung transplant stage and is expected to be placed on the donor list within the next 2 years. During Caley’s most recent treatment included a GI-tube placement (feeding tube) along with another surgery to help control reflux & was treated for CF related diabetes. Those stricken with CF miss out on several hours a day of life, needing to be hooked up to machines for treatments. Not to mention the several weeks throughout the year in hospital admissions, 9 hours a night hooked up to a feeding machine and depending on dozens of pills and oral medication to get through the day…

Currently there is no cure for Cystic Fibrosis but there are breakthroughs in research everyday and with your help together we can help Caley and others like her live a longer and healthier life.
