Kim Kardashian is reportedly on a charity mission in Haiti to help those in need.
The star is in the country with Maria Bello's charity We Advance, which aims to advance the health, safety, and well being of women throughout Haiti. The organization works in some of the poorest slums in Haiti, including Wharf Jeremy and Cité Soleil.
“She connected with Maria Bello and is there with Maria’s foundation and also with her mom,” a source told People. "Her intention was always to take the end of the year to focus on some of the other things that are important to her and this trip was one.
“Her father instilled in her and her siblings that every little bit counts and she always tries to do as much as she can—whether it’s privately or whether it’s something that she can use her platform for—to help.”
Kim has made the charity trip with her mother, Kris Jenner.

If only MsKardashian ( and company...Mom included) were to become enlightened and truly realize the potential benefit of their notoriety for the betterment of mankind. What an awesome position to be in...having millions of young people looking up to you as a role model ( like it or not, thats the case). Wouldnt it be great to be "famous" for really helping people in our troubled world, instead of continually living a life of shiney nothingness. There are alot of people in Haiti who need help; and alot of people who need help elsewhere including The USA. It would be great to see people in high profile positions act respectably and kindly..." to whom much is given much is expected". The rewards could far exceed those derived from any nonsensical reality show/ publicity stunt!

Haiti needs celebrities who will help them. Kardashian is just going on a photo op just to make it appear she cares. A person that is famous for a sex tape is not someone that should be helping out unfortunate people.

WOW, does not surprise me that the pornstar Kim Kardashian would pull a stunt like this after all the bad publicity she has been getting lately-- very predictable! Her gesture is not sincere but more pathetic in desperation to try and repair her reputation she ruined on her own. Who does she think she is trying to elevate herself to the A list celebrities? She is no Angelina Jolie, she is a valley girl pornstar with no self respect, values, and morals. What a disgusting family to do anything to promote themselves. If they REALLY want to help, they should perhaps start with disappearing from the spotlight and cancelling their shows. They lack values, class, integrity, and intelligence.

Nothing is grosser than Kim Kardashian trying to still exploit the media and Americans at their own expense. Its funny how much about charity giving was never heard about Kim until she needed to fix her image.
Last month, she fed the homeless on thanksgiving. The homeless need feeding every day not just on thanksgiving. The last thing someone who has to get a free meal wants, is to be exploited for a publicity stunt. Now she has taken her sideshow to haiti.
Apparently Kim can write a 10m check to have a 72 day wedding, but writing a check to help Haitians is too much to ask. She would rather be there and be nothing more than a distraction, while trying to repair her crumbling image.
