Emmy Award winner Richard Thomas will host a special gala for the National Meningitis Association on April 23 in New York.
Honorees include Jeri Acosta & Jerri Greenwell, who will receive the Moms on Meningitis Award and Sara Herbert-Galloway & Barry J. Klarberg; Monarch Wealth & Business Management who will receive NMA’s Nancy Ford Springer Inspiration Award for their long standing support of NMA. Sanofi-Pasteur, the vaccines division of Sanofi- Aventis Group, the largest company in the world devoted entirely to human vaccines will receive NMA" Health Achievement Award.
The event takes place at the New York Athletic Club, 180 Central Park South, New York 10019; Cocktails & Silent Auction 6:30pm followed by Dinner & the NMA Awards.
This signature fundraising event will help NMA continue and expand its vital work in the fight against meningitis.

The Meningitis Foundation of America (MFA), a national organization, would like the public & media to know that information is available regarding the diagnosis, treatment & prevention of meningitis. MFA was founded in 1997 by parents whose children were affected by meningitis. In addition to supporting vaccination & preventing meningitis, the MFA provides information to educate the public & medical professionals so that the early diagnosis, treatment &, most important, prevention of meningitis, will save lives.
