Musician and philanthropist Peter Buffett's newest initiative Change Our Story serves as a platform for people to tell others their stories or stories that inspired them and how they helped make a difference.
Change Our Story’s aim is to take what each of us are doing in our respective communities and expanding it into a national effort, and eventually a global one, that we are all working together towards.
In addition to Change Our Story, Peter recently revamped his online Advent Calendar. The calendar consists of a different way to give back to your community every day, from December 1st to December 24th. Here’s an example of a tip: help foster teens as they apply for college this December by donating to the Red Scarf Emergency Fund.
