Regina Walton is an American who after 8 years of living, working, studying and writing abroad moved back to the USA from Seoul, South Korea. She’s worked as a college level English instructor in Korea for seven years. She has a law degree also, but realized that she did not want to practice law. However, she did want to live abroad and travel. She’s a recent graduate of the Graduate School of International Studies at Ewha Womans University in Seoul. Where she was a top student and a recipient of scholarships.
She currently authors a few blogs, has a newspaper column in The Korea Herald and does freelance writing from time to time. One blog chronicles her opinions and observations of South Korea, another calls attention to missing person stories the press tends to ignore and the other talks about celebrities who donate their time, money and notoriety to charitable causes. In addition, to writing for Look to the Stars, she also helps maintain our MySpace and ThinkMTV pages.
She now realizes that writing, editing, Web 2.0 and social media are her personal Nirvana. She now lives in New York, NY where she writes, has started her own social media optimization business and teaches computer skills to seniors through a local NYC non-profit.
