Jen is almost a graduate student, but not quite. Since leaving her not-for-profit fundraising career in New York City to relocate to London, Jen has started a blog tracking her study of the history and science of cancer. She will commence her MBA at the University of Cambridge in September 2008, after which she hopes to secure a great job at a cancer-related not-for-profit organization.
Originally from Chicago and a 2002 graduate of Brown University (Providence, RI), Jen has been an archaeologist in Pompeii; driven a 37-foot converted Winnebago through the streets of New York City for a museum outreach program; and asked a lot of people to give money to good causes. Jen is very excited to be writing for Look to the Stars, as this wonderful site combines three of her greatest passions: philanthropy, cancer advocacy, and celebrity pop culture.
