On April 4, the Hollywood Knights Celebrity basketball team challenged the Rebels, a faculty team from the Savanna High School in Anaheim California, to a game of hoops to benefit the Schools Associated Student Body Government.

As usual, there was no shortage of celebrities lending their time to ball it up for a better cause. Hollywood Knights celebrity players included: Travis Van Winkle (Friday Night Lights), Michael Copon, Robert Hoffman (Step Up 2), Arlen Escarpeta and Aaron Yoo (Friday the 13th), Cody Linley (Hannah Montana and Dancing With The Stars), Frankie Delgado (The Hills), Josh Hutcherson (Journey to the Center of the Earth), Wesley Jonathan, Manny Guevera (KIIS FM), and Adrian R’Mante (Suite Life of Zach and Cody) among others.

Shane Sparks, who is currently the judge for the MTV series America’s Best Dance Crew and has been a judge on the Fox TV series ‘So You Think You Can Dance,’ made a special celebrity appearance, much to the delight of the audience.

A magical half-time performance came via Montana Tucker. She sang the hit single ’Ain’t No Stressing’ from the soundtrack Step Up 2: The Streets. Tucker has opened for such superstars as Ciara, Omarion, Pit Bull, Fabolous, and Lil Wayne. Half-time was also highlighted by an intense autograph session. Participating celebrities and Hollywood Knights never stopped smiling while signing memorabilia and posing for photos with all their fans.
