Sandra Bullock has teamed with the luxury handbag maker, Coach, to benefit one of her favorite local Los Angeles charities: the Beauty Bus Foundation.

The Beauty Bus Foundation "is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for home-bound, terminally or chronically ill patients and their primary caregivers.

“We provide in-home beauty and grooming treatments, free of charge, to empower our clients, help them maintain dignity and give them respite during a difficult time.”

Sandra’s production company, Fortis Films, worked with Coach to set up the project. It came to a surprise to the organization’s president and co-founder, Alicia Liotta. Liotta told People.com that, “We learned of Sandra and Coach’s partnership to benefit Beauty Bus from Fortis Films. In fact, the project was put together by Coach and Sandra. It was an incredible surprise and is a gift to the Beauty Bus Foundation.”

How can you help?

Purchase one of Sandra’s two favorite Coach bags, either the Madison Leather Hippie or the Kristin Leather Tote, and part of the profits will benefit Beauty Bus.
