Tickets are now on sale for the 3rd Annual Cox Charities Benefit Concert featuring country music star and former Hootie and the Blowfish singer Darius Rucker.

The concert will be held on Friday, September 21st at 7:00 pm at Chrysler Hall in Norfolk and tickets can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com.

All proceeds from the concert will be used by Cox Charities to award grants to qualified non-profit organizations that provide educational programs that further the academic achievement and development of young people through science, technology, mentoring, literacy and other areas promoting youth education. Over the last three years, 19 Hampton Roads area organizations have been awarded grants through Cox Charities including: Arc of the Virginia Peninsula, the Center for Child and Family Services, Children’s Harbor, Homes FORKids, Preschool Partners and REACH.
