Foundation for the Protection of Marine Megafauna Celebrity Supporters & Events

The Foundation for the Protection of Marine Megafauna (FPMM) was created in 2009 to protect and conserve marine species along the Mozambican coastline through research, advocacy and education. These large animals (megafauna), such as sharks, rays, marine mammals and turtles, most capture the public’s interest, which makes them useful ambassadors for the whole marine environment.

You can sponsor a manta ray or whale shark to support FPMM’s efforts to prevent them from facing future extinction.
