David Archuleta is going on the road from November 27 to December 20 for his Christmas from the Heart Tour.
This 12-city tour is in support of his newly released Christmas album. He will be performing his hits, as well as some of his holiday favorites and an original piece, Melodies of Christmas.
Archuleta has teamed up with Tickets-for-Charity to offer a Charitable Sale program of great seats. Depending on the venue, with each ticket purchased there is a donation of between $20-$30 added to the price. Donations help support some of the world’s most respected charities, including Habitat For Humanity International and its work to eliminate poverty housing by providing simple, decent and affordable shelter.

It's always an inspiration to see people contribute in charitable ways, and involve others at the same time. Hat's off to David.
Also, in tough economic times, it's easy to get in our shell, but if we can see others as ourselves we can be less protective and more giving. I would say more fulfilled too.
There are even a few companies that are designing themselves around the idea of building income for families while allocating funds to the charity of one's choice at the same time. I found this one and joined, partly because I know there are some great people involved with it. Sounds like a win-win to me.
