This month, in the lead up to the National Conference on Volunteering and Service, Miley Cyrus, YouTube, Get Ur Good On and Service Nation want you to create a video for a nonprofit organization that promotes service and volunteering. The top three submissions will appear on the YouTube homepage at the end of the month.
