The National Autistic Society (NAS) is the chosen beneficiary of a special charity evening organised by Carters Steam Fair, a traditional travelling funfair in the UK. The event will see Jarvis Cocker and Johnny Borrell of the band Razorlight help run some of the rides.

The vintage fairground will arrive in South West London on 17 June and proceeds from the night will be donated to the NAS.

To take part, you must purchase a charity wristband (booking fee applies). A limited number of wristbands will be available to purchase on the night.

Proceeds from the event will help the NAS to continue to provide a wide range of services for people with autism and Asperger syndrome across the UK. The NAS relies on the support of its members and donors to continue its work to help people with autism live their lives as independently as possible.

The event takes place on Eel Brook Common, New Kings Road, Fulham in London.
