The Busted Foundation has announced that Destin Pfaff and Rachel Federoff, co-stars of Bravo’s “Millionaire Matchmaker,” will be making their debut appearance as the celebrity emcees for the 7th annual Bowling for Boobies event for charity this weekend.

The event will take place at Jillian’s at Universal City Walk on October 23, 2011 from 5:00pm until 10:00pm; participants including celebrity bowlers Jane Wiedlin (guitarist for The Go Go’s) and Reno 911’s Thomas Lennon will hit the lanes to help raise money that directly assists local women who are financially struggling as they live and deal with breast cancer.

Tickets to the event can be purchased here for three different prices and distinct experiences:

“I’m grateful for this opportunity to have a direct and immediate positive impact on the lives of women who are living with and dealing with cancer on a daily basis,” said Stefanie LaHart, CEO of Busted Foundation. “As we’ve begun to expand our work, it’s become clear that we have to think bigger about how we reach out to women, how many women we can serve and how we can best serve them, as evidenced by our new emergency line of funding – they need a source of support now. We can’t sit on the sidelines and hope that something or someone else can step in for them – we, as Busted, have to be ready to be that now.”

Bowling for Boobies incorporates a fun, eclectic environment with a mission to support a great cause. The event brings together teams of six who are asked to raise a minimum goal of $6,000 to directly help women who are battling breast cancer. Teams as well as supporters will come together at the tournament to support a great cause, enjoy raffles, mingle with celebrities, wine and dine, and dance the night away.

Those not local to Los Angeles who want to help support the event and cause are encouraged to make a direct donation of any amount online via the Web site, www.bowlingforboobies.com and receive event updates via Twitter.
