Debbie Douglas, from the BAFTA award-winning reality show The Only Way is Essex (TOWIE), presented a shiny new 17-seater Variety Sunshine Coach in a special presentation to pupils of Cedar Hall School in Essex.
The new vehicle will cater for children with moderate to severe learning difficulties and will be used to transport the children on a number of special day trips and outings, replacing their old coach.
Cedar Hall provides education for pupils who primarily experience moderate learning difficulties, but who may experience speech, language, emotional, behavioural or autistic spectrum secondary disabilities. Funds for the Sunshine Coach were raised by Stonegate Pub Company through its group-wide fundraising event ’Britain’s Biggest Pub Tour’ which ran throughout the summer from May till September raising over £310,000.
