The FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties is pleased to announce this year’s Humanitarian Gala will be held at the MAC at Monmouth University on Friday, April 24, 2015, and will feature country music star and Celebrity Apprentice winner, John Rich.

The FoodBank will honor three outstanding humanitarians this year who have exhibited extraordinary loyalty and commitment toward helping those in need.

The Gala is the FoodBank’s annual fundraising event and helps to provide food and hope to the communities in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. For information on tickets or sponsorships, click here.

The FoodBank is the primary provider of food and services to a network of over 300 partner agencies. Their food and resources supported more than 10 million meals last year – including 1.8 million pounds of fresh produce. They received the highest rating of 4 Stars from Charity Navigator. A total of 96 cents out of every dollar raised supports food and programs. A $1 donation can provide up to 3 meals.
