A special Gary Sinise Foundation event – The Invincible Spirit Festival – took place on September 3, hosted by the USO-Metro at Fort Belvoir in Virginia, where more than 6,000 troops and their families enjoyed an evening of great BBQ, provided by Sysco and prepared by Chef Robert Irvine and military chef volunteers, while listening to Gary Sinise and his band, the Lt Dan Band.
