This week, Smile Train, the world’s largest cleft charity hosted a journey to Mexico, where three of their celebrity supporters were on hand to see their local programs in action – supported by their in-country partner doctors.

During the visit, actor Gregg Sulkin, actress and model Bella Thorne, performer and model Nazanin Mandi and Miss Universe Mexico Kristal Silva had the opportunity to learn more about the organization’s sustainable model and Smile Train’s local partners who are on the ground helping cleft patients 365 days a year.

In addition, they were able to:
• See a special performance by Smile Train Children’s Cleft Choir,
• Visit cleft patients at their homes; and
• See Smile Train’s local surgeons perform life-changing cleft surgeries firsthand at Hospital Infantil Privado.
