The annual dinner will be hosted by three-time Grammy Award winner Tom Chapin.

WhyHunger is dedicated to fighting the root causes of hunger and poverty by supporting grassroots organizations that create self-reliance, economic justice and equal access to nutritious and affordable food.

Performances will include Pete Seeger and Ashford & Simpson, as well as Kim & Reggie Harris, Martha Redbone, Tom Chapin and more to be announced.

The event takes place at Gotham Hall, 1356 Broadway 36th Street, New York, on Monday night. More info can be found here.
