Elton John’s bash was not the only one to raise money for AIDS on Oscar Night. The Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science held a function at the historic union station in downtown Los Angeles. Among the celebrities in attendance included Yvette Yates (pictured below), Oscar Torre, Andrew Keegan (10 Things I Hate About You) and Aimee Garcia.

“Awareness and education are important,” Torre added.
