Juanes has decided to work with Prizeo to raise money for his foundation, Fundacion Mi Sangre, which he founded 8 years ago to share the peace and love that his own kids experience at home, with children who had been directly impacted by violence and social instability.

Their programs utilize music, art and recreational activities as a catalyst for change, and peace-building reform.

For a small donation to Fundacion Mi Sangre, fans can enter to win a trip to Miami to hang out with Juanes in his home studio, where they can play guitar, make music, or just chill out. The winner will get to bring a guest, and they will join Juanes for lunch before their studio hangout, too.

Guaranteed prizes at various prize levels include tickets to his album launch concert, a signed guitar, and a Skype session with Juanes.

“If you make a small donation, you will be entered to win a trip to Miami to hang out with me at my home studio,” says Juanes. "We’ll have lunch, and then we can do whatever you’d like – if you’ve always wanted to learn to play guitar, I’ll teach you the basics, or if you’d prefer, we can produce a track together – your choice. My way of saying thanks for supporting a cause that is so close to my heart. (You can also win t-shirts, front seats to my shows and more so make sure to check out all the ‘rewards’!)

“Eight years ago, I created Fundacion Mi Sangre, because I wanted to share the peace and love that my own kids experience at home, with children who had been directly impacted by violence and social instability. Our programs utilize music, art and recreational activities as a catalyst for change, and peace-building reform.

“Mi Sangre’s methodology encourages children, teenagers and youth to develop their own perspective with regards to their rights, through creativity and participation. This strengthens their citizenship and leadership skills, empowers them, and allows them to become active agents of change in their community. It’s incredible to watch them change their own worlds.

“Over 67,000 children, adolescents and youth in Colombia have become key players in the growth and construction of a peaceful nation through our programs. Please, give generously, and help us continue to create visible, lasting social transformation.”
